A single star feels generous.

Right now, I'm in the thick of trying to get a partial refund for services we paid for but never received.

The logo designs were just plain lazy. They kept sending over options that looked almost identical, and getting them to create something we could even remotely consider was like pulling teeth. We finally picked a logo just to get the ball rolling and finish the process.

We made it clear from the start that we were on a tight schedule and needed quick service. We were fine if they couldn't meet that, but they assured us they could. Fast forward a month, and we still don’t have our letterhead done. Sure, we got the logo and a few other items like a business card, email signature, and envelope, but no letterhead. That’s just not acceptable. We wanted to kick off our social media presence, and we emphasized that to them... all they gave us was one image with our name on it. Seriously? That’s the extent of our social media or Facebook page design? My kid could’ve whipped that up.

The response time is a complete joke. It takes hours, sometimes a whole business day, to get a reply. I’m currently on day four waiting for my last request. We don’t have the luxury of going back and forth like this. But if I hop online to chat about new services, the guy I need to talk to responds right away. I just tried that, and now he won’t chat with me. I can’t call them either because the connection is so bad that I can’t hear them, and they can’t understand me. The poor connection and language barrier make the phone service a total mess.

I’ve tried to reach someone above this Alexander Thomas, but that option isn’t available. He’s always the one on chat and the phone. I’m starting to think this might be a scam?

Their website claims you can request a refund within 90 days, but we keep getting denied that option. Since we’ve received a logo and some initial documents, we said we just wanted a partial refund. That seems like a reasonable request, right? Denied. We just want to be done with this company and get half our money back.

It shouldn’t be this difficult to get service, and honestly, a refund for half our costs is the least they could do. I haven’t been rude at all, but it’s been tough. This isn’t right. We’re willing to pay for the few things we’ve received but not for everything else we haven’t.

As a business owner myself, I can’t fathom treating a customer this way. I can’t imagine taking someone’s money and not delivering what they asked for.

This site is fantastic! I was on the hunt for a logo for my non-profit. Once I sent in the creative brief, I got a ton of different logo options. The variety and creativity in styles were so extensive, picking a favorite was quite the challenge.

I gotta say, this company is fantastic!!! They not only create amazing designs, but I also misplaced my logo files from five years back. I contacted their support team, and they got back to me with a copy of my files in less than an hour. You just can't top that. I'll definitely be using them again!!

I just wanna give a shoutout to all the folks who sent in logo drafts for my new venture. There were tons of awesome designs to pick from. This was my first time using a service like this, and I was honestly blown away by the number of responses I received. In particular, I thought 'Topazz' captured the essence of my business description in a really artistic way.

the whole thing can feel a bit much at times. that's both a blessing and a curse. folks were super quick to respond when I had a question. I was really pleased with how much the designers engaged. I'd totally use this service again and I definitely suggest it.

The designs are fantastic, but navigating the website can be a bit of a puzzle until you get the hang of it. Customer support was solid, and my project manager really assisted me throughout the process. We're still in the development phase, but so far, I'm pretty happy with everything.

Their support is prompt and exceptional. Just be sure to stay engaged with your designers' submissions and give clear feedback and ideas. If you do that, you can easily get more than 350 logo options.

The only thing that sometimes bugs me is when the sales reps reach out. It doesn't happen too often, but I get a bit irritated when they keep asking for my business.

I'll definitely keep using them for logo designs and maybe some other stuff down the line.
